Imperial Titles
The top title of Imperial Grand was introduced by the GCCF from 1 June 2005 . Grand titled cats compete with each other for the distinction of winning Imperial grand certificates. A cat winning five Imperial certificates from five different judges is awarded the Imperial Grand title which is no mean feat!

We are therefore delighted to congratulate members of RACCS whose cats have achieved the high honour of Imperial Grand titles:

UK & Imperial Grand Champion, International
Grand Champion and Supreme Irish Grand Champion
Nile Amun Ra (23) M

First ever Abyssinian Imperial Grand Champion, and
the first Abyssinian to win all three UK, International and Imperial Grand Champion titles. Currently the highest titled Abyssinian in the UK. Usual Abyssinian Male owned by Isobel Hansell.

Imperial Grand Premier Shoelina Rostropovich (16a) MN

First ever Russian Blue to win the Imperial Title.

First Sorrel Abyssinian Imperial Grand Champion, and
the first ever Abyssinian to win both UK and Imperial Grand Champion titles. Sorrel Abyssinian Male owned by Ian and Caroline Thomson.

First ever Russian Blue to win the title of Imperial Grand Champion. Owned by Jennifer Fleming.

Champion & Imperial Grand Premier Norjack Imari (23) FN

First female Abyssinian to win an Imperial title and first ever Abyssinian to win the title of Imperial Grand Premier.
Imari is also a show veteran, winning her title at the grand age of 11! Usual Abyssinian Female owned and
bred by Norman and Jacquie Stevenson.

Imperial Grand Premier Abyglen Aisling (23) FN

Aisling represents a special achievement in that she is the first ever Scottish bred Abyssinian to win the Imperial title. Usual Abyssinian female owned by Heather Kelsall.

Imperial Grand Premier Glendavan Azamour (23) MN

The first ever male Abyssinian to win the title of Imperial Grand Premier and also the first Abyssinian Imperial who was sired by an Imperial title winner. His father is
IGrCh One Shot from A'far (listed above). Simon is a usual Abyssinian Male owned by David and Louise Miskelly.
