RACCS Points

The RACCS points system uses existing results from GCCF shows to allocate points to Abyssinian, Russian and Nebelung cats owned by our club members. We like to reward our members for showing their cats and raising awareness for our breeds by getting the cats seen by members of the public, and make special awards to our top winners at the AGM each year.

UK & Olympian Bronze Imperial Grand Premier Dushenka Zerachiel

Zach has taken the title of 'RACCS Cat of the Year' for 2013, winning a total of 257 points throughout the show year. This makes it a 'hat trick' for Zach as he was also 'RACCS Cat of the Year' in 2011 and 2012.

Zach is a stunning Russian Blue male neuter owned by Karen Hettmann, and bred by Elisabeth Stark.

We run annual points tables for all the Club breed colours, with a small prize, and special listing on our website for the highest scoring cats, and the highest scoring breeders. The winners of the overall 'Top' prizes are awarded special rosettes and certificates: shown below are the prizes for 'RACCS Cat of the Year'.
