With winter having firmly arrived some exhibitors were unable to make it to the show with several absentees amongst the 15 Russians and 7 Abyssinians entered. The show managers were concerned enough that they took the unprecedented step of shutting the show at 2.30pm to ensure everyone could get home safely too.

Special congratulations are due to the usual Abyssinian kitten:
- Silversmoke Camille (23), who on her show debut won Best of Breed, and Best Foreign Kitten - well done!
- Grand Premier Silversmoke Taps Miller (23) who won his third Grand certificate and title
