12.12.09 - West of Scotland Cat Club

As one of the last shows of the calender year the West always has a suitably festive feel to it, with the hall festooned in Christmas decorations, red, green and gold rosettes and many workers happily wearing red trimmed hats as 'Santa's little helpers'.

There was an excellent showing of RACCS cats with 16 Russians and 16 Abyssinians entered. We were also in a festive mood, so were delighted to award small Christmas specials to all the Best of Breed and merit winning RACCS cats - 12 of them. Well done to all of you! In total we had one new title winner, three cats enjoying a 'red card' day and two Best of Variety winners, so many congratulations to:

- Grand Champion Shoelina Nina Milkina (16a) on winning Best of Breed, Imperial Certificate, Best Foreign Adult and overall Best Foreign Exhibit
- Pontaby Alessandro (23) on winning Best of Breed Usual Abyssinian kitten and Best Foreign Kitten
- Grand Premier Dushenka Xariabella (16a) on winning her third, and qualifying Grand Certificate, another Premier Certificate and enjoying a 'red card' day
- Premier Glendavan Leonidas (23) on winning his Premier and Grand Certificates, and enjoying a 'red card' day
- UK IGrPr Shoelina Zelensky (16a) on his Premier Certificate, Imperial Certiicate, Best of Breed and 'red card' day
