04.02.12 - Shropshire Cat Club

There were four Russians and five Abyssinians at the show today with eight certificates being won, a 'red card day' and one Best of Variety. Special congratulations to:

- GrCh Troika Eliana Pushkina (16a), who won her Imperial Grand Certificate and 1st in all her side classes - a 'red card' day.
- UK,Int&IGrCh Nile Amun Ra (23), who won his first Premier Certificate, Best of Breed Usual Abyssinian Neuter, and Best of Variety Foreign Neuter.

It was lovely to see Amun Ra out again beginning his show career over after being neutered. Some of you will remember that Ra was the very first Abyssinian to win the Imperial Grand Champion title after it was introduced in 2005, and he is still listed on our gallery of Imperial titled cats. If his high accolades as an entire cat are anything to go by we can also expect great things from him as a neuter.
